Who We ArePaint Place Cranbourne was purchased in early 2011 by Sharon & Iain Glencross. Iain had long been a painter & thought selling paint had to be easier than putting it on. He looks back and laughs at the naivety of that thought. His wife, with a background in management & manufacturing, decided to come along for the ride. As with any new business venture there were many ups and downs. Through it all they persisted, even when it seemed most futile. Around 2013 things began to look a little brighter. As business picked up they took on their son, Scott. Having worked at a much larger paint store, Scott brought across some new ideas which saw the business continue to grow. Fast forward to 2019 they have added a further 3 staff members. The demand for new homes in this region has driven a large portion of growth in the store. If you have purchased a new home in the city of Casey in the last 8 years its highly likely that the paint came from Paint Place Cranbourne. Recently the store has sort to diversify in order to become true coatings specialist. Offering not only a large array of decorative paints, but Automotive, Industrial & Floor products. |
